This past weekend, as I was thinking about the many challenges that face all of us in our personal and professional lives, I was drawn to a book that I found quite inspiring. Many of you may be familiar with the work of Brené Brown. Her book Dare to Lead: Brave Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts is, in my opinion, a book for this time. Big questions about leadership and bravery, openness to feedback, and heartfelt willingness.
